Day 1: Arrive Chennai
Upon arrival, a warm welcome at the airport / railway station, followed by transfer to the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of city. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Chennai - Tirupati
After breakfast, proceed for morning drive to Tirupati, approx. 140 km away from Chennai. Tirupati is a temple town for the famous ancient temple of Lord Venkateshwara on the top of the Tirumala hills. Perform Pooja and darshan upon arrival in the Tirupati Temple. Proceed back to the hotel in Chennai late afternoon. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
After breakfast, drive to Kanchipuram about 75 km away from Chennai, the city of temples. Visit the Temples of Ekambaswara, Kailasnath, Sri Kamakshi and Temple of Varadrajaswamy. After the lunch break, proceed for Mahabalipuram, the sight of several antique sculptural marvels. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Later in the afternoon, visit the famous temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Mahabalipuram
After breakfast, proceed for sight seeing tour of Mahabalipuram. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Mahabalipuram - Pondichery - Tanjore
After early morning breakfast, leave for Tanjore en route visiting Pondicherry. The places to visit in Pondichery: are the Raj Niwas, Sacred heart church and Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Upon arrival, at Tanjore, check in at the hotel. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Tanjore - Trichy - Tanjore
Proceed for morning sightseeing tour of Tanjore, the home of Carnatic music, musical instruments, and traditional handicrafts and visit famous Brahadeeswara temple. Later on visit Trichy to the famous Ganapathi temple. Return back to the hotel by the evening. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Tanjore - Madurai
After breakfast, leave for Madurai en route visit Karaikudi (Chettinad). On arrival, transfer to hotel and relax for the evening. Attend the evening AARTI at Meenakshi Temple. Over night stay at the Madurai.

Day 8: Madurai - Rameshwaram - Madurai
Leave early morning to Rameshwaram, most sacred temple town of India is an island hallowed by the epic Ramayana, where Lord Rama is said to have visited before going into battle of Srilanka. Legend has it that Lord Rama sent Hanuman to Mount Kailash to bring a Lingam for worship when he set foot after defeating Ravana. As Hanuman did not return when the auspicious hour was approaching, Sita made a sand Lingam so that worship could be performed in time, which is where the present day Ramanatha Swamy Temple stands close to sea on the eastern side of the island. One of the twelve Jyotirlingam shrines is also well known for its magnificent corridors and the massive sculptured pillars lining them. Return to Madurai for over night stay at the hotel.

Day 9: Madurai - Trivandrum
After breakfast, leave for Trivandrum about 7 hours drive from Madurai. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax for rest of the day. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Trivandrum
After breakfast, proceed for city tour, visiting the Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Napier Museum, Chitralayam Arts Gallery, Zoological gardens, Reptile house, Observatory and Kanakakunnu Palace. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Trivandrum - Home
Check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport / railway station for onward journey.
